Faulty or damaged items ? Not a problem

1) If you receive a damaged or faulty product, the return costs will be at our expense and we will exchange the product.

2) If it’s been more than seven days, don’t worry: the item is backed for at least one year with a manufacturer’s warranty.

 

What should I do?

1st scenario: a problem arises less than 7 days after receipt

Kindly inform our after-sales service about your problem through our contact form. Our team will validate your query by sending you a return merchandise autorisation (RMA) and a prepaid return label.

Please make sure the goods are well packed to prevent any damage during transport, and do not forget to include all the accessories and documents you received.

The RMA should be placed inside the parcel so that our staff can trace back the order.

Upon receipt, we will exchange the product or refund you.

 

 

2nd scenario: a problem arises more than 7 days after receipt and the product is still backed with a warranty

Your purchases on Nootica.co.uk are backed with the same warranties that are applied by traditional sales networks. All products are under a manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects. Products will be repaired or exchanged by the manufacturer.

Kindly inform our after-sales service about your problem through our contact form. Our team will validate your query by sending you a return merchandise autorisation (RMA).

3rd scenario: the warranty period is over

In case of a product misuse we can send you a repair quote if you want the product to be repaired.
